SAFE Property Services is a TICO Certified, full cycle property management company, with expertise in short term vacation rentals within Sherkston Shores Resort. Our team has backgrounds in sales, marketing, finance, construction management and travel, with our combined skill set we have joined forces to take short term rental property management to a whole new level!
We are a team who believes in providing professional customer service to our homeowners and our guests. Vacations are a special time for family to get together and unwind. We aim to provide a setting where you and yours can make lasting memories and return year after year to the same level of service and amenities you’re used to!
Meet the team!
Sue Ann
With a background in various sectors, Sue Ann recognizes the importance in building strong relationships with everyone she comes in contact with. Her interpersonal skills are exemplary and she will always find a way to get the job done. A traveler herself, she knows what customers are looking for as far as vacation amenities and loves finding new ways to add that perfect special touch to make her (locations) stand out. Certified as a TICO Manager, Sue Ann has successfully maintained her own rentals as well as others for over 5 years!
Sue Ann is a mother to 3 teenage daughters who grew up enjoying the beaches at Sherkston Shores. Through their ages (toddlers to teens) there has always been something age appropriate to occupy their time, which is unique to Sherkston!
Cassondra
Pairing a marketing background with business management experience, Cassondra has found her calling with property/vacation management. She enjoys providing outstanding vacation properties that suit individual’s wish lists for that perfect family getaway! As a certified TICO Manager, with over 15 years of property management and vacation rentals experience, Cassondra is always striving to go above and beyond for her clients.
With two young boys, Cassondra is always on her feet finding ways to entertain their curious little minds. She has found that Sherkston provides everything from scheduled dance parties and shows to lazy beach days and climbing the various jungle gyms.
Christopher
With a background in auto mechanics and sales, Christopher found his calling as a local business owner building custom golf carts at West Side Custom Carts. As our contracted golf cart technician you can be fully confident your ride is in good hands!
Christopher loves all things outdoors and his thirst for knowledge and general curiosity led him to Sherkston 6 years ago - he has never looked back! You can often see him riding his bike or rollerblading throughout the resort, always ready and willing to lend a hand!
Frank
Hands on and ready to help make your vacation a memorable one, Frank has a background in construction and property management. As our resident maintenance manager, Frank enjoys meeting guests and solving any issues that may arise during their stay.
As a father of two, Frank remembers Sherkston pre-children and loves it just as much now that he gets to create memories with his own kids. From pickleball to magic shows, the waterslides to the beach, there is always something fun going on at Sherkston to keep his whole family entertained!
